Located just off the hotel lobby, this 5,025-square-foot ballroom features 14-foot ceilings and can be divided into six breakout spaces. Ideal for conferences, galas, and large-scale receptions with capacity for up to 500 guests.

Holderman Ballroom

A versatile 2,040-square-foot venue across from the Roosevelt Ballroom, this space can be separated into three individual rooms. With 10-foot ceilings and natural light, it accommodates up to 225 attendees.

Executive Boardroom

Designed for focus and comfort, our 22' x 14' boardroom seats 14 guests and is ideal for high-level strategy sessions or private presentations.

Doc’s Lower Patio

Spanning 6,000 square feet of open-air space, this lakeside venue is perfect for sunset receptions or casual outdoor dining. It accommodates 90 guests banquet-style or 150 for standing receptions.

Perched above Doc’s Bar & Grill, this 1,625-square-foot patio offers panoramic views of the resort pool and Grand Lake—ideal for cocktail parties up to 100 guests.

North Patio & Lawn

Located at the Clubhouse, this covered patio with adjacent lawn is perfect for golf events or casual mixers, with capacity for 75 seated guests.

Charles Davis Room

Situated on the second floor of the Clubhouse, this 625-square-foot banquet room offers an intimate setting for receptions of 40–60 guests.
